Test # 1  - Figure 8 Dribbling Skills Test #2 - Dribbling & Turning Channels Test #3 - Passing & Receiving

Test #1 - Progression 1 Test #2 - Progression 1 Test #3 - Progression 1
In the shape of a figure 8, dribble towards the end cone and spin around it using the inside part of the feet. As you come around the cone, proceed to to the other cone in the shape of a figure 8, finished by using the inside part of your feet again. Repeat one more full figure 8, so a total of spinning around 4 total cones from the beginning to the end. Notes - Dribble at speed, and use tight control and turns around the cones. Take 6 cones and create a channel where you have a start line made up of two cones and 10 yards away is a square made up of four cones. To start, the player will dribble towards the square and will perform a outside of the foot chop turn at the backside of the square. Immediately after, they will turn again in the same way at the front side of the square. Lastly they will perform the third and last outside of the foot turn at the backside of the square again followed by a spring back to the start line. Notes - Dribble down the channel with your laces, keep tight control on your 3 turns, and accelerate back to the start line to finish each set of turns. Create a half circle shape out of 3-4 cones. Have a partner/server who will either pass with their feet or roll out the ball out with their hands while kneeling down. The player working will will move in half circles and will pass the ball back to the server with a 1-Touch pass. After each pass (6 total), the player working will backpedal and circle around the cones to the other side where they will pass the ball with their opposite foot on a 1-Touch pass again. Notes - work on good form passing the ball, and also work on good movement when switching sides.
Test #1 - Progression 2 Test #2 - Progression 2 Test #3 - Progression 2
Same format as above progression, but now use the outside of your little toe as you spin around each of the four cones and turns. Same format as above progression, but now turn with the sole (bottom) of the foot.  Three total turns with the sole of the foot. Same format as above progression, but now pass the ball back on 2-Touch passes. Perform a set of 6 passes with 2-Touch each time.
Test #1 - Progression 3 Test #2 - Progression 3 Test #3 - Progression 3
Same format as above progression, but now use the sole (bottom) of your foot as you spin around each of the four cones and turns. Same format as above progression, but now turn with whatever creative skill you want to show. In the video presented to you, the player performs a step-over spin turn followed by two Cruyff turns (a L-shaped pull and push turn behind the body). Three total turns during this progression. Same format as above progression, but now pass the ball back after completing a Roll-Touch across the body. It helps to receive the ball initially with the inside foot closest to the cone and then roll it to the outside foot to pass back. Perform a set of 6 passes with Roll-Touch passes each time.
